Tender Coconut Ice Cream - Natural's Style: Recipe with Step by Step Pictures.

Tender Coconut Ice Cream, the name is enough to make my mouth flood and heart jump with joy. The first time I had this was at Natural’s Ice cream parlor and since then I have recreated/made it like a hundred times at home. My summers, monsoons, autumns and winter weekends are so incomplete without a scoop or two of Tender Coconut ice cream every now and then.

Once I posted a random picture of Tender Coconut Ice Cream on the blog and friends poured in their comments requesting for the recipe. Well, mine is a very simple one, made with only a trio of ingredients. It is easy to make and totally irresistible.

INGREDIENTS:-
  • Flesh of 2 tender coconuts.
  • Fresh Cream (I used the 100ml tetra pack)
  • Condensed Milk (3/4th of container) [You can increase/decrease the quantity as per your taste]

RECIPE:-
  • Add half of the tender coconut flesh into a mixture grinder and blend well.
  • Chop the other half of the flesh into small pieces.
  • Take the fresh cream in a bowl; whisk it till it becomes fluffy and form small peaks.
  • Now add the tender coconut pulp paste. Mix well.
  • Add the condensed milk and then blend everything well.
  • After mixing everything well, cover the bowl with a cling film and keep it in the freezer. If you don’t have cling film, you can then transfer the mixture into an air-tight box and then keep in the freezer.
  • Take out the bowl after two hours and stir/blend again. Add the chopped tender coconut flesh and mix.
  • Put the bowl back into the freezer and freeze for a minimum of six hours. You can keep it over night as well.

Tender coconut ice cream is one of my most favorite ice cream flavors. It is super yummy and the small pieces of tender coconut flesh makes that comes in between makes it even more delectable.

My mouth has already started to water. I am running towards the freezer. And what are you waiting for? Head to your kitchen, arrange the ingredients and churn out your own ice cream.
