Honey and Cheese Stuffed Pan Fried Chicken with Butter Fried Veggies

Hey friends..
Sundays mean late mornings..lazy afternoons…evenings with family and fellows and a lot more. What it also means is good food, dishes that taste awesome and yet are easy as pie. So today we will be sharing our super easy and super delicious Sunday Brunch recipe... :D



For today’s dish…we require :
  • Chicken Breast, de-boned.
  • Soy sauce.
  • Lemon.
  • Black Pepper
  • Eggs

Stuffing:
  • Cabbage.
  • Spinach leaves(tender).
  • Onions/Spring onions.
  • Green Chillies


Procedure:
  • Wash the Chicken Breast properly, then add a table spoon of Soy Sauce and 6-8 crushed Black Pepper Corns. Coat the Chicken properly, cover it and let it rest.
  • Beat an egg and keep it aside.
  • Roughly chop all the vegetables and wash them. 
  • Heat oil in a pan, add the vegetables. Stir them regularly, Add Salt and Sugar to taste. Cover the pan and cook on low flame for 10 minutes.

  • Take out the cooked vegetables in a bowl, add diced cheese, and honey.

  • Make a lengthwise end to end incision in the chicken breast. Stuff evenly.

  • Heat oil in a pan, add the stuffed chicken.

  • Fry for one and a half minutes on each side.

  • Once all the sides are browned, coat it with the beaten egg. Whatever egg mixture drips down, scramble it. :)

  • Once the chicken is cooked through, remove it from the pan.

For the Butter Fried veggies:
Ingredients
  • Baby potatoes
  • Baby tomatoes
  • Green peas,
  • French beans.

Procedure:
  • Boil baby potatoes with salt and sugar
  • Heat butter in a pan, add the garlic.
  • Add Peas and French Beans and some salt, cover and let them cook.
  • Add the potatoes and tomatoes, stir properly.

  • Cover and cook for 6-8 minutes.
