Soap and Glory Hand Food Review

I live at a place where winters are dry and cold and often windy. So I'm always looking for a good hand cream to soften and moisturize. It was terribly cold here this year and my extreme dry skin was failing to show any glow despite of applying tubs after tubs and bottles after bottles of cream and lotion. I was wondering what to do when suddenly I remembered of a product sitting in a corner of my cupboard and thus life changed :P
So here goes the review of my favorite winter care product:
Soap and Glory Hand Food.

Company claims:-
Non-greasy hydrating hand cream contains shea butter, macadamia oil and marshmallow . Scented with our original pink™ fragrance. The most astonishing hand cream ever? You decide!

Instructions for use:-
Apply as often as you want to soften, smooth and soothe dry, chapped, or otherwise hampered hands.

Squeeze tube packing with a flip cap. Actually it is a screw on cap which has a flip top spout. The tube is pink coloured carrying a whitish cream from within. It is easy to carry around without the fear of leakage.

As soft as marshmallows. The cream is of the right consistency, not too thick and not too runny. It absorbs fast, and isn’t greasy – it’s just perfectly smooth. The best part is the yummy fragrance which I love to the core.

Moisturising power:-
Very satisfying. My hands and legs are drier that the rest of my body and this keeps them feeling silky smooth throughout the day. I use a little daily after shower in the morning and it keeps my skin moisturized, soft, satiny and smelling nice even hours later. This hand cream has been my go to life saver throughout these harsh winter months.

Summing up my LIKES and DISLIKES:-
  • Silky light texture and smoothes on easily.
  • Non-greasy and absorbs right away.
  • Aids in healing dry, chapped skin.
  • Skin remains moisturized, silky soft for the whole day which is like a boon to my super dry skin.
  • I really like the subtle yet long lasting fragrance; it keeps you feeling special all day.
  • Nice, sturdy, travel-friendly packaging.

  • It is pretty expensive in India.
  • Available only at Sephora stores.

Final thoughts:-
This is simply amazing. Love this product. Great texture and goes on super smooth. Makes my hands feel and smell great! Moisturises my hands so nicely not leaving any greasy residue. I am so happy I found this product. I will never be without this, especially in the winter.

Would I recommend it to others?
Yes, you wouldn’t be able to resist smothering your hands in this whipped, creamy marshmallowy treat.

4.5/5 J
